Refund & Returns Policy

At Monday Republic, we connect buyers and independent sellers through our global marketplace. While we facilitate the platform, please note that all refunds, returns, and exchanges are the sole responsibility of the individual sellers who list their products on MondayRepublic.com.

1. Seller Responsibility

Each seller is required to clearly outline their own refund and returns policy in their store profile or product listing. Buyers must contact the seller directly regarding requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

2. Buyer Rights & Escalation

If you experience an issue with a seller and they do not respond within a reasonable timeframe, you may escalate the matter by contacting us at mondayrepublic@mondayrepublic.com. Upon escalation, Monday Republic will contact the seller to request resolution.

3. Platform Limits

If a seller remains unresponsive, Monday Republic reserves the right to suspend or remove the seller’s account from the platform. However, Monday Republic is not financially liable for refunds, losses, or compensation related to transactions. Buyers will need to pursue claims directly with the seller.

4. Building Buyer Confidence

We encourage all buyers to review each seller’s ratings, reviews, and store policies before making a purchase. Monday Republic actively monitors seller performance and will remove vendors who fail to maintain fair practices.
